Chatbo LLC is a technology company with German roots and headquarters in the USA. It was founded in 2009 by Fred Renoth and Manfred Lakner as a management consultancy. Since 2015, we have specialized in software products for digital marketing and online sales as well as the automation of digital processes.

Our current system is specifically designed for small and medium-sized businesses that are looking for a simple and cost-effective solution to find new clients digitally, retain regular clients and optimize process costs.

We work exclusively via the Internet and across three continents (Europe, USA, Asia). Our products are developed in Europe.

Digital processes are being implementet in an executable form and show our clients how to work with them and achieve the desired results.

In doing so, we keep the project costs for the client to a minimum and ensure that the system can be operated sustainably, with simple means and in a short space of time.

It is important for us to give you a little insight into the lives and ideas of "The Chatboys". We are Chatbo's leading group of entrepreneurs, who you may meet soon in a common project. Each of us has just written a few lines to give you a feel for the person behind the job.

Fred

Born in the Bavarian Alps south of Munich, Germany, I spent most of my youth rock climbing and skiing before graduating from the Technical University of Munich with a Masters Degree in Engineering.

Most of my career has been in the automotive industry, starting as a design engineer at BMW's Innovation Center in Munich, followed by various career steps in production.

Five years ago I moved to Atlanta, GA USA as General Manager for a German automotive supplier.

After four years, my focus shifted to ChatboOne full time.

Online marketing and sales have been on the agenda for 15 years.

All projects have been done together with my friend and business partner Manfred Lakner.

Currently, my wife and I, together with our two Labrador Retrievers, live in Daytona Beach, FL.

Manfred

I was born in Vienna, Austria. My parents owned a restaurant, so I worked in the hospitality industry for many years.

At my peak I owned two restaurants myself, which I found quite challenging and exhausting after a few years and quit.

At the same time, I discovered my love for traveling and started making money online by building websites and consulting small business owners on setting up their online businesses.

After a few years as a digital nomad in South America and Europe, I found the love of my life in the Philippines.

Together with my family I have been living in a small village on the island of Cebu for the past nine years.

Chatbo has been my professional focus since 2009 when I met Fred and we started working together.

2024 is a thrilling focus year for all of us as we started selling our services in the US market.

Robin

Some would say I'm a computer and software nerd from Passau / Germany, which isn't too far from the truth.

A friend of my dad's introduced me to Fred and Manfred three years ago, and I was blown away by their spirit and the project they were driving.

Based on an existing project, we developed ideas for a top-notch chatbot, which resulted in our own AI-powered chatbot called CharlyChatbo.

We are busy working on a variety of projects with our clients and as a team we are constantly coming up with ideas to improve Charly's capabilities.

It's fun to be a millennial, having just graduated with a bachelor's degree in software engineering and at the same time being a technical director in a fine technology company.
